The Philadelphia Liberty Goals:
    1. Promotion and development of women’s soccer at the highest level.
    2. Provide a playing opportunity for the elite women soccer players to play at the highest level.
    3. Make every effort to bring quality soccer to all levels of the community and to local youth programs.
    4. Promotion of stature of female athlete as positive role models for the youth in southeasthern Pennsylvania.
