Dan Christian brings a wealth of coaching and playing experience to the TeamDynamics staff. As a coach, Dan has been the first assistant coach for both the Men’s and Women’s AC Diablos teams where he helped guide both teams to the 2007 NPSL and WPSL Eastern Conference Finals. Prior to his involvement with the Diablos, Dan was the Head Coach of the South Jersey Barons team that posted an undefeated season in 2004 - winning the USL/PDL Eastern Division regular season title and also reaching the conference finals. For that effort, Dan was named the USL/PDL Coach of the Year. In addition to directing the senior team, Dan was also the Technical Director of the Barons youth teams and led their U14 to a Jefferson Cup championship.
As a player, Dan was a four-year starter for Elizabethtown (PA) College where, in 1995, he earned All MAC Commonwealth League and NSCAA Regional team honors. From E-town, Dan moved on to the professional ranks where he competed for the South Jersey Barons (at that time a member of the USL D3 Pro League). While with the Barons as their central defender, the team was the 1998 Mid-Atlantic Division Champions and the 1999 National Finalists and Regular Season Champions. During the winter of 1997-98, Dan became a trialist with Burnley of the English Second Division.
Dan, a native of Ann Arbor, MI and King of Prussia, PA, resides in West Milford, NJ with his wife, Mary. He is the holder of a USSF National Coaching License.
