Cole Lacey brings a unique aspect to the TeamDynamics staff. A recent graduate of
Wesley
College in
Dover, DE , Cole joins the staff as the Speed and Agility Coach and as an Assistant General Manger. He holds a BS Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Cole will bring his great knowledge as a speed and agility coach to TeamDynamics. Through his training sessions, athletes will improve not only their speed, agility, and quickness, but their balance, coordination, and reaction time as well.
Cole grew up playing soccer at an elite level in
South Jersey . He spent his youth years playing under, TeamDynamic coaches, Matt Driver, Wayne Grocott, and Dan Christian at the South Jersey Barons. While playing club soccer with the Barons, Cole attended soccer powerhouse
Shawnee
High School in
Medford, NJ . During his four years at
Shawnee their teams were consistently ranked nationally. Cole’s senior years saw
Shawnee win the South Jersey Group IV, the South Jersey Coaches Tournament, and were New Jersey Group IV Finalists. After high school Cole went on to play at Division III soccer at
Wesley
College . All four years that Cole attended Wesley the team made it to the conference playoffs, and during his sophomore year they were ECAC South Champions. Cole was a four year letter winner and received all conference academic team honors his senior year.
While at Wesley, Cole also volunteered at local fitness centers gaining much knowledge and experience in the field. Upon graduating Cole completed an internship at nationally renowned Velocity Sports Performance in
Cherry Hill, NJ .
Cole is CPR/AED certified and is a licensed soccer coach.
