Introduction
Printable Application

Team Dynamics was formed under the concept of being able to deliver what is necessary to make your team successful. All the principals are highly successful and regarded individuals in their own rights as professional coaches with incredible track records in player development. Individually they have an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience at every level of soccer here in the United States starting with Olympic Development Program, Y-League, Collegiate, United Soccer League, Premier Development League, Women’s Premier Soccer League, National Premier Soccer League, USL Pro Select League, A League and of course Major League Soccer.

By keeping the maximum length of a topic to lasting no more than 45 minutes, we will increase the level of the player’s ability to focus specifically upon the task for the duration of the session. We understand that repetition is the mother of skill but repetition also breeds boredom and this is why players don’t focus on a specific task. Each topic session should challenge a player technically, tactically, physically and psychologically. When this happens, it provides a stimulus in which a player can thrive on as well as create an arena which is conducive to creativity, learning and competition.

Our whole objective at Team Dynamics is to provide a program that develops a team concept in a series of high energy impact sessions that progresses the team towards a more structured form, allowing for the individual players to develop their role within the team concept.

Approach to Camp

Our program helps players understand what is required to make their soccer dreams move ahead. Whether it is being part of winning a Championship, receiving a University scholarship or eventually playing professional soccer. We have the way if you have the talent. Your daily training is centered on developing the game-related soccer tactics and techniques necessary to play at a higher level. You’ll play in daily matches throughout the week that will challenge your ability and create opportunities for you to develop more of an understanding of what type of player you have to become to play at the highest level. We break the game down into it’s smallest part, technical skills, and build from there. Players will succeed if they build from a solid foundation of technical skills.

How the Camp Works

We will secure a date and location once in receipt of each team’s deposit. After we have received the deposit, we will send you a questionnaire about your team asking you what you would like to accomplish with the team. Remember, this is about the team, so tactical themes are the main objective here. We will also send you a sample, suggested program, which will be age appropriate to guide you through the process. Our objective is to partner with you and supplement your ideas and philosophy that you will present to the team. If you are unsure we will help you define this. So, you will choose the 10 main topics/sessions for the week. You can also use the best selling Coaching Dynamics book, authored by Matt Driver, to choose your sessions from.
